          About This Book:
          The 'Arabic Between Your Hands' Series is part of the 'Arabic For All' collection of programs. This series is an improved version of the book 'Arabic At Your Hands,' and it provides a comprehensive curriculum for teaching Arabic to non-native speakers, students, and teachers. This curriculum has been designed specifically for educational institutions such as schools, institutes, and universities. It begins with the fundamentals and walks students through the process of becoming fluent in Arabic. This competence allows students to enroll in institutions and pursue additional studies in Arabic-related disciplines. The upgraded series was created by the same authors as the first series. The fourth level is separated into two sections or books, each of which has eight units, for a total of sixteen units for the level. There are 7 lessons in each unit, for a total of 112 essential lessons at this level.
          The following is the instructional structure within each unit:
          • A lengthy comprehension text is followed by exercises (3 pages).
          • (3 pages) Vocabulary and expressions
          • (1) Language rules discussed, with exercises (3 pages)
          • Exercises in listening (2 pages)
          • Oral and written expressiveness exercises (2 pages)
          • 2 page dictation
          • (2) Presentation of language rules, followed by exercises (3 pages)
          • Each unit is 18 pages long in total.
