          Azmaya's contemporary take on traditional tableware, has placed them at the forefront of Japan's prestigious high-end craft industry. Traditionally, a water pourer is used for adjusting the temperature of freshly boiled water, before pouring it into a teapot to brew Japanese tea. This white porcelain version from Azmaya has a beautiful rounded shape. It also makes for an attractive way to serve sauces and dressings, or to use as a milk jug.

          Selector's Notes

          The particular porcelain they've selected comes from the Amakusa region of Japan, known for producing the best quality porcelain. Impurities are carefully removed from the pottery resulting in an exquisitely smooth surface.
