The zabuton meditation mat is a rectangular meditation cushion that provides cushioning and support during your meditation practices. It can be used alone, or with a zafu meditation pillow on top.

Our zippered zabuton covers allow you to replace a damaged cover or interchange the look of your zabuton flat mat without buying a new insert.

• Jumbo zabuton measures 36' L x 28' W x 4' H. Jumbo is recommended for our long-legged meditators, or those over 6 ft tall.
