          We Say

          Forged by hand by blacksmith Toru Yamashita from carbon-steel, the Kujira Knife series was created in response to a child's request for a knife with a rounded tip to use for sharpening pencils. The original design resembled a Sperm whale, and thus the collection was borne, now comprising of several different species of whale.

          Selector's Notes

          The Kujira knife makes an excellent blade for cutting fruit and vegetables, or as a rather stylish utility knife. We also think they are useful for culinary tasks such as chopping up herbs to add to a meal, or in the preparation of a delicious cocktail.
