          A beautifully carved Maitreya Buddha from  Burmese Teak Wood by artist Tay Gio. The Buddha here resemblce an appearance of King, he is shown wear heavy jeweles and crown. This is known as representation of Maitreya Buddha - cosmic Buddha of future who sitts in realm of heaven,  who will ascend on the Earth, to future to seek enlightenment and set the wheel of dharma in motion again.
