Mandala - Christina Darras

A contemporary vision of a mandala designed by artist Christina Darras. The mandala, printed on silk, is like an explosion of colours. It includes combination of fuscia pink red, purple, yellow, shades of blue as well as bold green. The mandala features  Christina's signature image of  'evil eye'  - the ancient symbol of protection and good luck.

 Mandala paintings are usually created in line with principles of sacred geometry, containing a secret message. In oriental traditional, mandalas are often known as map of universe.

The mandala design is printed here on a silk scarf, which can be framed and displayed as an artwork. It may also suitable to be worn as a fashion accessory and worn as statement piece.
