          We chant this Meal Gatha before meals here at the Monastery and during oryoki. It is an opportunity to reflect on our practice, to make the meal an offering to all beings, and to remember that the purpose of taking food is to help us to awaken. A great way to bring intention and gratitude into meals at home!
