These Nepalese Sandalwood Incense Sticks are caringly handcrafted in accordance with ancient traditional methods used in the Himalayan region. Each stick contains primarily pure white sandalwood with a variety of other ingredients harvested from the mountains and plains of the awe-inspiring Himalayan mountain range.
Genuine sandalwood incense is widely considered to be a sacred fragrance, especially in Buddhist meditation and Ayurvedic medicine. Fragrant sandalwood is also commonly used to create prayer malas.
