          From Shizu Hamono, the Morinoki range of kitchen knives feature superb craftsmanship that draws on a rich history of blade making in Japan. The square-cut handle is carved from Japanese zelkova wood, and designed to sit comfortably in the hand. The bread knife has two different types of serrated edge, making quick work of hard crusts and cutting through the softer part with ease, resulting a clean slice with very few crumbs.
