          From Shizu Hamono, The Morinoki series of kitchen knives draws on a rich history of knife manufacturing in Japan. The handle of each is carved from Japanese zelkova wood, which gives the knife an elegant natural feel, suitable in any contemporary kitchen. The blade is hand crafted from stainless-steel, making the knife a considered and lasting choice.
