          We Say

          SIWA originated as a collaboration between designer Naoto Fukasawa and the traditional Japanese washi paper manufacturer Onao, whose history and expertise date back over 1000's of years. The company perfected the art of paper-making - they created a new water and tear-proof, paper-based fabric, that is able to carry heavy loads with ease. The brand's String Button Envelope is made from their durable soft-Naoron fabric, and is expertly hand-crafted in Yamanashi, Japan. With its string-button fastening and crinkled texture, this black Naoron paper envelope makes for a stylish, yet understated way to carry about your documents.
