Perfect for a home altar, this lightweight, handcrafted chest is made of kiri wood, an environmentally-friendly, fast-growing wood that is fine-grained and warp-resistant.

The chest features dovetail joinery throughout, traditional iron corners, hand-forged pulls, and side carrying handles. It is finished with a beautiful deep teak stain. With two drawers and removable sliding doors that conceal a recessed interior shelf, there is ample space to store all your meditation supplies.

Measurements: 22.5' W x 12' D x 19' H.

Our welded Metal Tansu Stand (pictured; sold separately) elevates and protects the tansu. It has a black matte finish and floor-protecting plastic tips on the bottom.
